The establishment of Shandong Shengli Petroleum Facility Research Institute was established on March 2, 2014. The ceremony was held at headquarter of Kerui, Dongying, Shandong province. Yang Shuangquan, secretary-general of our association, Lingang, standing vice president of our association attended the ceremony and presented a speech.

It is an institute that can provide planning, support and service to enterprises that need help in technology development, achievement conversion and direction selection of development.
