NMR online analyzer system mainly consists of NMR analyzer, sample treatment system, prediction pattern (also be called metrological model) and corresponding control and display system.
NMR(MRA)analyzer is the core of the system, which is composed of analysis section-magnet box, control and analysis section-electric box and safeguards section-relevant external equipment and pneumatic system.
Sample treatment system is responsible for providing the analyzer with qualified sample.
It consists of following sections: sample treatment, sample switch, sample delivery and sample return after analyzing. Prediction model is an analysis software package that is used to direct quantize quantity of material inside the process pipe.

Sample pretreatment system
Sample pretreatment system is responsible for receiving sample collected from sample pipeline. After filtering and homothermal treatment, sample will reach controllable
speed and temperature before reaching the analyzer. After being analyzed, sample will
return to the process pipeline, or direct enter user designated place.
The sample pretreatment system, designed and supplied by seller, must meet following requirements under any circumstances:
Liquid phase of the material entering NMR analyzer must be homogeneous. Two phase flow is totally prohibited. After being treated by the pretreatment system, the flow rate of material inside the analyzer must meet analyzer’s requirement: 60-100 L/H, (15.8 – 26.3G/H).
After being treated, the temperature of the material should be stable and stay around the set value. Deviation value of it should be kept within 2.5℃.The selection of set value
Should not create any influence on the smooth flow of material and be lower than the flash point of any material inside the pipe. Because each online analysis project has specific
Set value, the set value of temperature for specific project will be determined in relevant kick of meeting.
Particle with diameter exceeding 100 micron will be strained away;
ThePressure value inside the process pipe system should be 6~25Kg/cm2
PrePressure loss of the sample pretreatment system should be kept below 5 Kg/cm2
The size of pipe that is used for the connection between pretreatment system and analysis instrument should be 6mm in diameter. Pipeline around the analyzer, heat insulator and
temperature controller are within the scope of supply.
The design of sample pretreatment system meet cycle period requirement between materials.

In case that multi paths exists between sample pipeline and analyzer, the pretreatment system should contain equipment required by material switch system and condition control system.
The seller can perform automatic switching control on all material via a PLC template located inside the host unit of MRA analyzer. Sample temperature will be kept between the lowest and the highest temperature that can be accepted by the system. The pressure of the system is also kept at a suitable level under which sample can be conveyed timely.
